My Story

Welcome to a journey of transformation!  I started my transformation journey in 2012 when I was at a cross roads in my career and personal life. I was trying to put my life back together after a toxic, tumultuous marriage & divorce while donning my cap & gown of graduate school. In the midst of personal upheaval, I allowed the image of what "once was" shatter into tiny pieces. Meanwhile my professional life began to soar on the crest of my academic summit, reaching new heights. I had a real oxymoron of contradiction happening between two dimensions of my world; an unexpected coexistence that was bitter & sweet.

We are conditioned to think that when something is broken, it has less value, so our instinct is to ignore or hide it and cover it up. But if we shift our perception that's where transformation happens. What if we view the beauty in the those tiny broken pieces as gifts and opportunity to make seismic shifts that create growth. That's exactly what I did! I viewed the pieces, cracks and created unique new art that can never be reproduced without that transformation. As Leonard Cohen said, "there is a crack in everything, that's how the light gets in and infuse that with Jim Kwik's saying, "If an egg is broken by an outside force, life ends. If broken by an inside force, life begins. Great things always begin from the inside." I embraced and honored the chips, cracks and pieces of my experiences, allowing light entering to craft a mosaic of resilience and growth. It took me a year or two to rediscover my true self and rebuild my confidence piece by piece.

 

I grew up corporate for 24+ years in the field of Information Technology for fortune 500 companies leading software teams and managing programs and projects. By acknowledging and integrating these elements, I created a unique masterpiece, a canvas of purpose & passion. I evolved into a teams & leadership coach dedicated to guiding others on their paths of development to meet personal and business goals. I discovered my authentic essence, turning my mind into fertile soil for inspiration and the creation of limitless possibilities.

 

I became a magnetic force, drawing abundance into every facet of my life—love, creativity, and prosperity. Along this journey, I encountered my Beloved husband, and together, we crafted a blended family of seven, each heart contributing to a unique masterpiece woven by choice with the purest form of love, agape.
